Lekki Leisure Lake (LLL) is a private resort centre, located in the Lekki area of Lagos.
Many people call it a beach, but LLC is not just a beach. Truly, it has a beach, but the resort is made up of a lot more than just a beach.
Aside there being a lot of fun you can have at the centre, there are also pretty good restaurants and bars, to dine and wine.
This article was written, to help you learn everything you may like to know about the resort centre, and the rest of this content will be spent trying to do that.
What I personally think about the resort centre
Having been to the LLL a countless number of times and having explored the length and breadth of the resort, I’ll say there are many places you can have more fun than the LLC. But at the same time, it’s a place you should visit.
Also,
I’ll like to add that, even though the centre won’t be the first place I’ll recommend to someone, the resort has a lot of potentials. If the management is improved, the resort can become a true icon.
The kinds of fun you can have
There are so many kinds of fun you can have at a place like the LLL. Some of the kinds of fun in question include — swimming, rope courses, boat riding, quad bikes riding, pedal boats riding, wave boats riding, and so many other types of riding.

The Lekki Leisure Lake will also be a great place to just relax alone (or with family and friends) and watch the Atlantic ocean.

Types of event you can host at the place
For those who wonder what types of event can be hosted at the resort, well, you can host almost any event which doesn’t involve too many people. The resort will be a great place to host birthday parties, family picnics, team bonding, dates, photoshoots, and their likes.
However,
When coming, to have fun to the fullest, you should wear something appropriate. If you’re guy, consider a short and a shirt. As for a lady, also consider something light, maybe things like — beautiful swimwear, bikini, bum shorts, and their likes.
Things not allowed at the resort centre
Just like many other resort centres, there are things not allowed at the Lekki Leisure Lake. If you’re the kind who smokes or uses hard substances, you won’t be allowed into the resort, with such. Yes, you can smuggle it in, but if you’re caught, you’ll be turned out of the place.
Also,
If you have a pet, you shouldn’t bring it along, otherwise, you won’t be allowed into the resort.
Furthermore,
For people who’ll like to swim, just know that you won’t be allowed to do so after 5 pm. This rule was put in place for the safety of visitors, so please adhere to it strictly.
Lastly,
No one will be allowed to bring in food into the resort. If you want to eat anything, you can buy from any of the restaurants within the resort. So if you’re coming for a family picnic, don’t bother preparing anything from home.
Opening days and hours & gate fee
The Lekki Leisure Lake, just like most other resort centres in the state, is ordinarily open on all the 365 (or 366) days of a year. In other words, it doesn’t matter if you’re only free on Saturdays and Sundays, you should be able to pay a visit to this resort.
However,
People are only allowed in, between the hours of 9 am and 10 pm.
As regards the gate fee, on Sundays, getting into the resort will cost N1,000 per head, for kids between the ages of 1 and 10 years, and N1,500 per head, for persons over 10 years of age. This price also applies for special days and public holidays.
However,
As for all other days (Monday – Saturday), children not older than 10 years are allowed in for free, while persons over 10 years of age are required to pay N1,000 per head.
Location and contact
The Lekki Leisure Lake is located at “Block 1, Plot 3, Okunda Blue Water Tourism Scheme, Lekki, Lagos State, Nigeria”. The resort is opposite of the popular Daystar Christain Centre Lekki Church, so locating the resort should be little or no problem.
Or,
When you get to the area, you can just ask, you’ll be directed.
If you’ll like to talk to someone at the LLL, you can do so on phone or via email — 08171947130 and info@lekkileisure.com.
However,
Even though the email is something the resort makes public, the resort doesn’t respond to emails in a timely manner; in other words, calling will better, if you want a timely response.
Closing
As stated above, the Lekki Leisure Lake is a great place to have fun, although it’s not the most impressive in Lagos.
So if you have any interest in it, you should really consider visiting it. In fact, I’ll suggest going on a Saturday, as Saturdays are usually more fun.
